Ordering a commission from me is an automatic acceptance of my TOS even if you didn't read it, so I strongly advise you do to avoid misunderstandings!If you want to read adoptable TOS, just scroll down to the very end and it will be there!◆COMMISSION PAYMENT◆◆I accept payment via PayPal or BLIK / bank transfer if you are from Poland.◆I require an upfront payment. After receiving it, I will start working on your commission as soon as possible!◆Once you pay, you can't ask for a refund. The only exception is when TAT exceeds 6 months or if I am unable to finish your art due to personal reasons. However, the 100% of the amount paid will be refunded only if I didn't start with your commission at all. Otherwise I will refund only a certain % of the price + send you the sketch or whatever I've managed to do (I'm open for negotiation and discussion).◆PROCESS◆◆I have the right to refuse to accept a commission if I find your character too complicated for me, I don't feel experienced with a certain topic you want me to draw your character in or if you are a supporter/enjoyer of feral NSFW, disgusting kinks/fetishes, incest, pedophilic/loli content, rape/SA, etc.◆There are some things that I'm inexperienced at, including armor, extreme gore, NSFW in general and anthropomorphic animals.◆You have to provide me with a clear reference of your character's design. If you have important information concerning the character and its design, just send it to me, and I'll read it!◆If you don't have a reference, don't worry! Depending on what you want me to do you can send me a few images of your character along with the color palette or some other reference photos. I might be asking you a lot of questions though, so please prepare for that!◆I'm sending wips at every stage (sketch, lineart, color) and after fixing a mistake if there is any.◆After accepting the sketch, you can ask for small changes, like additional jewellery or a color change. If you ask for a big change, like a different pose or expression, I'll charge an additional $5. In the case of headshot sketches in color you can pick any color you wish and change your mind even after I completed it. Changing the colour is a matter of seconds, so it's totally fine!◆I always try to let my clients know what's going on with their commissions beforehand, so please don't ask me every day or two because I feel pressured and overwhelmed by that. Of course, I don't mind asking once a month so don't be intimidated to reach out!◆If I am not responding to your message, please be patient. I log into Messenger from my laptop only because I kinda hate switching between my main account and my art account, so I might take a few hours (up to 1 day) to respond.◆Please don't leave me on read with the emoji reaction after sending a wip, otherwise I won't proceed with the art. I need you to confirm that everything is ok - only then I will continue.◆If you commission me for more than one art piece, my TAT may exceed, depending on the commission type and the number of characters you want me to draw.◆Fullshaded references or fullbodies drain a lot of energy out of me, so keep in mind I have the right to take a break from working on it and make some personal art or take smaller commissions. Working on one art piece only is a straight way to burnout and I would like to avoid it.◆USAGE◆◆The image you receive is for your personal use only! You can't make a profit from it. Besides that, you can use it everywhere you want, just make sure you credit me! (Sleepysolia on both Instagram and toyhou.se)◆You can't trace, recolour, steal or redraw my art. If you do that, you will be blacklisted. :((◆You can't remove my signature from the artwork.◆I can use the finished art as a commission example, but if you don't want me to do it, just tell me!◆ADOPTABLES/CUSTOMS◆TOS for customs is quite similar to my commission TOS with a few additional rules.◆BIDDING◆◆If you place a bid under any of my auctions, you can't withdraw it. I am always screenshotting your bids so I can remember who placed them. If I find out you deleted your comment, you will be blacklisted from both bidding under my future adoptables and commissioning me for art.◆If you win an auction and won't contact me within 3 days of winning, the last person before you will be the new winner and you will be blacklisted.◆OTA◆◆Sometimes I put characters in exchange for art. If I accept your offer, I will put the character on hold and wait for your "payment". I will read your TOS if you ask me to but I will remind you about it once in 2 months to make sure you remember about it (I tend to forget about this part tho). If the contact is poor and you won't reply to my message at all, I will release the character from hold and put it back for OTA/pick a different offer if I get any. I will also refrain from exchanges with you in the future.◆CUSTOM CHARACTERS◆◆I'm not doing refunds if you happen to dislike the finished custom. You can resell it if you want to, but not for more than you paid me unless they got additional art!◆BLACKLISTING◆◆My blacklist will be rather private as I don't want to call people out for having issues with me.◆Thank you for reading <3◆
